Rooted Women

Rooted in God's Word. Growing together.

Women bear the image of God in ways that are unique and essential to the work of the Church (Genesis 1:27). What’s more, the Bible gives us a clear and effective discipleship model that depends on women teaching women across the generations.

“Older women likewise are to be reverent in behavior, not slanderers or slaves to much wine. They are to teach what is good, and so train the young women to love their husbands and children, to be self-controlled, pure, working at home, kind, and submissive to their own husbands, that the word of God may not be reviled” (Titus 2:3-5).

In response to these beautiful, Biblical truths Greentree invites women in all seasons to participate in Rooted Women’s Ministry. The goal of this ministry is to see women rooted in God’s Word and growing together through frequent Bible study. Rooted also exists to help women understand their individual spiritual gifts and plug them in to opportunities within the church and community.

Bible studies are offered in the fall and spring. Most groups meet in homes. We are committed to pointing women to God’s Word as the source of Living Water women need most for refreshment and renewal.

In addition, we have several ongoing women’s ministries happening throughout the year including:
•  Weekly Ladies Bible studies
•  Women’s Missionary Council
•  Divorce Care

We offer high caliber events semi-annually designed to drive women toward God’s Word while providing opportunities for women to connect with each other.

Meet Erin

Women's Ministry Director

I’m originally from Northeast Missouri. I moved to the Rolla area 15+ years ago. Travis and I were married in August of 2016 and live in St. James, together we have 3 children and a daughter in-love, Brenn (26) & Sarah, Haylee (25) and Camden (11). We joined Greentree after Travis and I attended our first Encounter Ministry event in 2016.
I'm extremely blessed! I own a local hair salon, Panzie’s Beauty Nook, and my prayer is that everyone that steps in the salon and sits in our chair is blessed and that God is glorified. I also have the opportunity to serve in a leadership role at Rolla Post Encounter which takes place here in the sanctuary every Monday evening, where I get to do life with, pray with and minister to many lovely ladies in the area.

It’s so amazing to me what happens when you surrender all to the Lord, when you are obedient to what He is calling you to do and say use me Lord.
I know our church family is big here at Greentree, but I’m looking forward to building relationships with each one of my sisters!
